On the evening of March 5, 2020, Ms. Ma Liya, instructor of the undergraduate classes of the Law School, held an online undergraduate monitor meeting. The monitors of the Excellence Classes and Maxdo Classes of of Grades 2016-2019 all attended this meeting.
This meeting was conducted by QQ online voice communication and online document sharing. At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. MA and the monitors exchanged the status and feelings of staying at home, asking about the students’ study and life. Then, Ms. MA and the monitors together learned the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on epidemic prevention and control, explained the relevant requirements and deployment of the University and the School on epidemic prevention and control, and clarified the discipline of not returning to school in advance again. She encouraged the monitors to continue their daily work during the epidemic with a high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm and give full play to the important role in communicating. At last, Ms. MA gave detailed guidance to the class construction from the aspects of activity content, form, fund application and so on.
This online meeting helped to guide the undergraduate monitors to give full play to the role as an example and bridge, enhance the class cohesion, and create a united and high-spirited class style, so that every student can spend their time at home smoothly and efficiently and do something without stopping learning.
