Legal Department of Huawei successfully held the recruitment lecture on October 13, 2018, in the Room 1822 of the Rear Main Building.
At first, Mr. PAN, head of Huawei Intellectual Property Department, introduced Huawei’s operation scale and business mechanism by VCR. Then, Mr. PAN talked from the new trend of information revolution all over the world to the direction of technology innovation of China, and summarized the broad development space and unlimited potentiality in Huawei, at the same time, he expressed the importance of choosing enterprises, explained the advantages of industrialization and intellectualization of Huawei over other enterprises, and introduced the present situation of the whole operation of Huawei in detail.
Then, Mr. PAN introduced Huawei recruited talents from campus, society and primary level, and equipped everyone withe suitable cultivate system, which includes internal training, external learning and corporate training. Mr. PAN also introduced that the company held large recreational parties annually in detail.
